Councils bring together best-of-breed DTC ecommerce enablement companies to navigate evolving ecommerce landscape and accelerate growth
Following the success of its 2021 councils, Ruby Has Fulfillment, today announced appointments to its 2022 Client and Partner Advisory Councils.
The Client Advisory Council serves as a “voice of the client,” providing the Ruby Has executive management team with strategic counsel, insights and recommendations. Their feedback enables Ruby Has to continuously strengthen its client-focused approach and provide best-in-class products, services and technologies to the DTC ecommerce industry. The appointees for the 2022 Client Advisory Council are Ruby Has clients Overtime, Ana Luisa, Cocokind, Sneak and Bonafide Health.
“I am honored to be chosen as a member of the Ruby Has Client Advisory Council. By sharing my insights and recommendations I can help improve my company’s fulfillment operations and help move the entire industry forward. It’s a win-win,” says Liza Carballo VP, Brand & Customer Experience at Bonafide.
“Listening closely to our Client Advisory Council keeps us ahead of DTC companies’ needs,” said Esther Kestenbaum Prozan, President, Ruby Has. “Putting client insight into action is key to our success, while staying closely aligned with the broader ecommerce enablement ecosystem through our Partner Advisory Council helps us excel in our comprehensive solution-oriented approach to fulfillment.”
The 2022 Partner Advisory Council will focus on thought leadership. The council will specifically address key topics impacting ecommerce and share ways to accelerate growth for DTC Brands. The Partner Advisory Council includes Ruby Has partners Avalara, BrightPearl, Global-e, Loop Returns, RedStage, Scalefast and TryNow.
